OUR ORIGINS

I'm Sean, and the cat in my cover photo is Simba. He came to live with me as a kitten of only 3 months. He has been a constant companion for many years now. Having experienced a life changing event, I knew I had to make a change in my career. I just was not happy in my chosen field. Through all the struggles, Simba was by my side., a true blessing. One day, an idea came to me. I have always had a great passion for hard rock/heavy metal music and a love for felines. I have lived with cats since I was an infant. I started listening to heavy metal at 11 years of age. I decided to combine my passions and start a unique t-shirt company. My goal was to recreate the iconic album covers of my childhood. I wanted to add a sense of fun, and of course pay homage not only to Metal music, but to the love I have for cats of all sizes. Iron Kitten was born!

OUR MISSION

We here at Iron Kitten want to create a lifestyle. To bring together passionate people, who worship at the altar of Heavy Metal. Headbangers, that have a soft spot for their feline companions! We want to promote goodwill and spread the word about the music scene. Through reviews, and the blog. Our shirts are Eco-friendly. Made in America. We also are defenders of the rights of cats. We believe in giving back. Iron Kitten will donate a portion from every t-shirt sale to the non-profit: Alley Cat Allies. Alley Cat Allies Advocacy for Pet, Stray, Feral and Community Cats.
